Boat Lagoon Yachting has been the sole distributor in Thailand for the world's exclusive and prestigious brand PRINCESS YACHTS from the UK, providing sales and dedicated service since 1995. We are a subsidiary of Phuket Boat Lagoon which owns and operates one of South East Asia most active integrated marina, with a strong focus on boat repairs and improvements.

Over the recent years, we have responded to the market demand for international standard boat management which we take pride in offering exclusively to our Princess Yachts customers to ensure that whatever the boating style and requirements, our team is always here to assist. Our "Boat Lagoon Cruises" operates a turnkey luxury boat charter service, which enhances the boat ownership experience and present opportunities for our boat owners to explore different commercial avenues, through to enabling any potential interest in a new Princess Yacht to be developed and enjoyed in a unique way during your own customized cruises.

Our team consists of boating enthusiasts from all over Thailand and the UK itself, each involved in different area of our business operations, at various locations throughout Asia, with the common denominator for our passion for PRINCESS YACHTS and pride of being able to share the unique experience of boating in the Asia Pacific.

Mr. Kanit Yongsakul, Chairman and CEOMr. Kanit has long been associated with the boating industry in Thailand during the country's pioneering days some 20 years ago. Being a keen and meticulous boater himself, his passion and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of boating, especially its maintenance and professional upkeep, has been inspirational to the team throughout. Having had several Princess Yachts models himself, it is today still a true passion and enjoyment of boating which he takes pride in sharing with the team and our customers.

Mr. Vrit Yongsakul, Managing DirectorHaving been brought up with boats, and working in the boating industry for many years locally in Thailand, Vrit is the company dealer principal and is closely supported by a dynamic and professional team. Having spent over 14 years in the UK himself, Vrit maintains an active contact with the manufacturer, related companies and key personnel in the industry to ensure that the very best standard is adopted and any updates and information are appreciated by the team accordingly. Born in Bangkok, and now living and working at the Phuket head office, he travels regularly to meet customers and attending boat shows, and like the rest of the team, call Phuket and its beautiful beaches and sea his home with much boating pleasure on the various Princess Yachts the company owns.

Mr. Robin Edwards, After Sales ManagerRobin joins us in 2008 from the UK bringing with him valuable wealth of unique experience having worked over 8 years with Princess Service UK, an associated company offering services to Princess Yachts in the UK and beyond. He has an in-depth knowledge and hand-on experience of Princess Yachts of all sizes, and can give particularly helpful and advice on any repairs or retro-fittings to be done on your Princess Yacht. Over the years he has been an integral part at Princess in many aspects, including PDI new boats and modifying and installation of equipments on new/used Princess yachts. He has also been involved with a 70ft catamaran refit project in the UK. He leads the service team comprising of service manager, captains, engineers and crew, and will ensure a seamless and happy boating experience at all times.

Mr. Somsak Eamong, Senior Service ManagerSomsak(Sombat) is both a highly experienced captain and a knowledgeable service manager with over 25 years of experience working on all varieties of boats in different conditions, and in locations throughout Thailand. The combination of reliable local knowledge and contacts culminating over the many years of experience on Princess Yachts of all sizes and ages contribute further to the unique and reputable position our service team is able to provide professional and timely assistance. This is further enhanced by the annual Princess technical training and update courses in the UK which ensures best international practice and standard are updated and adopted at all times. Having been involved with new Princess Yacht commissioning, PDI, and delivery on over 12 occasions between 2007-2009, he can assist the team to give good local advice and support throughout the region.

Mr. Mark Walker, Service and Brokerage manager (Pattaya)Mark has been working in various departments for over 23 years directly at the Princess Yachts headquarter in Plymouth, UK before moving over to join us in Thailand in 2006. During that time, he has played an important role in the boat service and after sales support for the Princess factory, and has been selected to have been sent out to service many Princess throughout Europe. Having been born in Plymouth, his family still live there, and his brother still work for Princess at the factory where Mark also still maintain very close relationship with other service managers and key personnel in the industry. His unquestionable experience and knowledge on Princess Yachts contribute further to the strength, uniqueness and depth of services our team can offer. Mark also looks after our Pattaya branch which work closely with the Phuket headquarter and provides sales and service support for the area, including our branch in Samui. Mark also manages the brokerage department, which also offer a unique premium selected used Princess Yachts for sale in Asia.

Mr. Robert Hawkins, Princess Yachts Training ManagerRobert brings with him to Asia-Pacific a unique opportunity to be trained and taught on every aspects of driving your new Princess through to professional care taking and management. Having offered this exclusive experience and service to customers mostly in the UK and Europe for the past 20 years (through a reputable motoryacht academy/sea school which he started and manages), he is a registered RYA instructor, and has been running courses at all levels in the far east (with our training centre in Phuket) since 2007, as well as assisting with special delivery trips and working with our service team (and sometimes the owners' captain and crew) on various training programs on different boats and in different conditions.

Mr. Robert Lewis, Sales and Brokerage CoordinatorA keen and enthusiastic RYA sailor, Robert enjoyed many years at sea whilst serving in the Royal Navy as a Communications Officer. His appreciation of luxury Yachts begun whilst being based in Plymouth, the home of Princess Yachts and continues to grow stronger each day. Having left the Navy, Robert pursued a successful career in Sales and Marketing working in the UK and New Zealand. His combined seamanship and sales skills blend perfectly in his position at Boat Lagoon Yachting. Robert is also a qualified wreck diver and Naval historian who plays with a modest 6 handicap!
